Li Xu is the president and founder of Li Xu International and its member organizations International Mergers & Acquisitions, International CFO, and International CMO. A globalist, strategist, innovator, and thought leader, Li works with her teams to help clients around the world optimize their business and marketing strategies and implement solutions to bring their vision to life. For more than two decades she has brought her deep international insights and foreign currency hedging experiences to her clients, to assist them in understanding the global markets and establish their organizations and build their organizations in a foreign country.

Tariq Aziz leads International Mergers & Acquisitions’ services for the automotive and pharmaceutical industry. An accomplished growth executive with a proven track record in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and new markets development, he has diversified global experience in the America’s, Europe, and Asia. Tariq is a proven domestic and international leader that has created economic value by driving profitable incremental revenue while strengthening competitive position.
Mingyu Tang
Mingyu Tang leads International Mergers & Acquisitions’ energy services practice. With over 15 years of energy experience in the areas of engineering, business development, project financing, investment, and mergers and acquisitions in China, North America and Europe, he has closed over 20 transactions with a total value of $4 billion. Mingyu has extensive experience in primary and secondary market investments in multiple countries, and has established and managed several multi-cultural teams. His extensive network across the energy sector includes established relationships with leading corporations, investors, consultants, and regulators, especially for CFIUS.
Syed Biabani
Syed Biabani leads International Mergers & Acquisition’s petrochemicals practice. A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in petrochemicals, renewable energy, and industrial biotechnology, Syed’s experience in global leadership includes proven success in mature and start-up organizations in the Americas, Europe and Asia. His track record of delivery includes M&A due diligence, business development, operations, strategy and performance management, strategic partnerships, capital projects, manufacturing, and technology commercialization. He has developed and managed strategic partnerships with a focus on improving market reach, costs and cycle time, developed and implemented multi-year strategic plans and investments, and developed and expanded business verticals for supply chain and workflow management software.
Xiaoman Pang
Xiaoman Pang, attorney, works with Li Xu International and its member organizations advising international corporations and individuals in international investments, including business setup, transmission and acquisition, and real estate projects. A practicing attorney since 1996, she specializes in private equity transactions (mergers and acquisitions, leverage buyouts, venture capital, financing/refinancing of acquisition) and acquired her experience working with international law firms advising investment funds and financial institutions on some of the largest leveraged buy-out transactions in Europe. She has also advised French industrial groups on infrastructure projects in China, and small- and medium-sized corporations in establishing joint ventures.

With more than three decades of marketing experience with global Fortune 500 companies, Big Four accounting and consulting firms, and global technology start-ups, her career has focused on business-to-business marketing, leading teams to establish the brand of organizations and build the eminence of firm/corporate leadership.

Maverick Eguia’s creative background brings value to the global branding and strategic marketing campaigns of his clients including international organizations, startups, agencies and brands. He has led client-facing projects for Apple and Beats and co-created an iOS application Apple named “New App We Love” in August 2017. Maverick is an effective team leader, efficiently executing projects with a focus on quality.
